简介:摘要:目的:探讨分析基础治疗结合牙周维护治疗慢性牙周炎的效果。方法:选取我院2021年5月-2023年5月收治的慢性牙周炎患者84例,随机均分为两组:一组为基础-牙周维护结合组(简称结合组),42例,给予基础治疗结合牙周维护治疗;一组为基础组,42例,仅给予基础治疗;观察比较两组治疗前后的牙周指标、临床疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗前两组牙周指标相较均无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后结合组牙周指标较基础组均显著低(P<0.05)。结合组临床总有效率较基础组显著高(P<0.05)。结合组不良反应发生率较基础组显著低(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性牙周炎采用基础治疗结合牙周维护治疗可在提高临床疗效、改善牙周指标的同时减少不良反应,值得推广。
简介:摘要:目的 :对基本护理进行完善,以此提升优质护理质量,就其临床实际操作进行探究。 方法 : 2017年 2月至 2019年 11月我院就 105例患者开展了分析探讨,对基本护理进行完善,加强细节管理,对开展前后的护理质量和满意度情况进行对比。 结果 :经过护理之后,患者的临床护理质量评分之前是 82.6分,之后是 95.3分,护理满意度之前是 90.48%,之后是 98.09%,优质护理质量具有显著提升,前后结果对比存在统计学差异性( P< 0.05)。结论 :优质护理有助于提升护理体验,改善护患关系,需要建立在优秀的基本护理之上,因此要完善基本护理,提升优质护理让患者的护理体验改善,临床中具有重要的意义。 关键词:基础;优质;质量;效果
简介:【摘要】目的: 探究在创建优质护理服务过程中,使用优化 ICU基础护理流程的效果 。 方法: 针对我院 2014 年 6 月到 2015 年 6 月间进行常规 ICU护理的 40 例患者的归为对照组,后在 2015 年 7 月到 2016 年 7 月间进行优化 ICU 基础护理流程,并归为观察组,比较其临床效果 。 结果: 观察组患者的感染发生率 2.5 %低于对照组 10.0 %,护理满意率 95.0 %高于对照组 75.0 %,组间比较具有明显差异, 差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05)。 结论: 优化 ICU基础护理流程对创建优质护理服务的效果良好,其能够明显减少患者发生不良事件的可能,在为患者创造良好恢复条件的同时,对患者做好基础干预,从而实现护理服务的优质性,因此值得临床借鉴。
简介:【摘要】 目的:探讨侵袭性牙周炎患者采用牙周基础治疗联合正畸治疗的应用疗效。方法:选择本院于 2018年 6月 -2019年 6月收治的侵袭性牙周炎患者 77例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组( 37例,采用牙周基础治疗),观察组( 40例,采用在对照组基础上采用正畸治疗),随访 6个月,收集分析两组患者治疗前后菌斑指数、牙松动程度和不良事件发生情况。结果:两组患者治疗前菌斑指数牙松动程度无明显差异( P> 0.05),治疗后,观察组患者菌斑指数、牙松动评分明显低于对照组,且不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义( P< 0.05)。结论:侵袭性牙周炎患者采用牙周基础治疗联合正畸治疗,能够显著提高治疗效果,降低不良事件发生率,值得临床广泛应用。

简介: 【摘要】目的:探讨循证护理在高血压基础护理教学实践中的运用价值分析。方法:按照本次实验中的标准,选择自 2015年 3月至 2018年 3月到院学习的护理学生,从中选取 100名,使用随机方法将其分为对照组与观察组,两组患者均学习高血压基础知识,对照组学生接受传统的常规护理教学模式,观察组学生则接受循证护理教学模式,在本次实验结束后,对比两组学生在不同护理教学方式下 CCTST评分、对教师的满意度评分以及理论成绩、操作成绩。结果:对比常规教学模式,观察组患者的 CCTST评分以理论、操作成绩明显优于对照组患者,该组患者对护理教师的满意度评分明显优于对照组患者,( P<0.05)各项数据差异具有统计学意义。结论:将循证护理教学模式运用于我院高血压基础知识的教学中,不仅可以改善学生的认知程度、分析能力、批判性思维以及求知欲等,还能有效的提升学生的理论成绩、操作成绩,改善教师的临床教学方法,具有临床意义,值得在全院进行推广。 【关键词】循证护理 ;高血压基础护理教学 ;临床价值 [Abstract] Objective: To explore the application value of evidence-based nursing in the teaching practice of hypertension basic nursing. Methods: according to the standard of this experiment, 100 nursing students from March 2015 to March 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the observation group. The patients in the two groups studied the basic knowledge of hypertension. The students in the control group accepted the traditional conventional nursing teaching mode, while the students in the observation group accepted the evidence-based nursing teaching mode. In this experiment At the end of the study, the cctst scores, satisfaction scores with teachers, theoretical scores and operational scores of the two groups were compared. Results: compared with the conventional teaching mode, the cctst score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group in terms of theory and operation, and the satisfaction score of the group was significantly better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of evidence-based nursing teaching mode in the teaching of hypertension basic knowledge in our hospital can not only improve students' cognitive level, analytical ability, critical thinking and thirst for knowledge, but also effectively improve students' theoretical and operational performance, improve teachers' clinical teaching methods, which has clinical significance and is worth promoting in the whole hospital.
简介:摘要目的探讨优质护理活动对老年卧床患者基础护理质量的影响。方法2015年1月至2016年1月期间开展调查,纳入260例老年卧床患者为研究对象。分别对患者实施优质护理活动前后的护理质量作对比分析。结果实施优质护理后,患者的护理满意率及护理人员护理合格率均明显提升。其中护理前患者护理满意率为82.7%(215/260);护理合格率为84.6%(220/260);护理后患者护理满意率为95.3%(248/260);护理合格率为96.1%(250/260),组间对比存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论对老年卧床患者实施优质护理可有效提升护理满意率及护理合格率,具有极高临床推广价值。
简介: 【摘 要】目的:本文主要探讨的是在优质护理应用中基础护理存在的难点和管理方法。方法:本次实验数据是在 2018年 6月到 2019年 2月对我院开展优质护理科室的护理实际情况信息进行收集整理,分析该科室在基础护理过程中遇到的问题,并施行一定的管理方法提高患者的配合度,如采取使提高护士对基础护理的认识和改进病情所需护理管理的方法等,通过对管理方法使用后的效果进行观察研究,最后了解患者对护理的满意度。结果:通过实际调查数据得到,未采取相应的管理措施之前,护理工作存在的主要问题是患者的配合度不高,甚至拒绝护理,此情况占了四分之三左右,同时还存在其他问题。通过采用优质护理管理方法后,护理相关问题的发生率有了明显下降,患者的满意度有了大幅提升,改善前满意评分是( 5.17±1.12)分,改善后的满意评分是( 8.63±1.37)分。结论:通过对优质护理中存在的问题进行分析研究,并制定实际有效的管理方法可以显著提高优质护理中基础护理的实际应用情况,减少问题的出现,有效提高了患者对护理的满意度。 【关键词】优质护理 ;基础护理 ;难点 ;管理方法 [Abstract] Objective: This paper mainly discusses the difficulties and management methods of basic nursing in the application of high quality nursing. Methods: from June 2018 to February 2019, the experimental data were collected and sorted out on the actual nursing situation information of the high-quality nursing department in our hospital, analyzed the problems encountered in the basic nursing process of the Department, and implemented certain management methods to improve the coordination of patients, such as taking the methods to improve the nurses' understanding of basic nursing and the nursing management needed to improve the condition, Through the observation and Research on the effect of the management method, finally understand the patient's satisfaction with nursing. Results: through the actual survey data, before taking corresponding management measures, the main problem of nursing work was that patients' cooperation was not high, and even refused to care, which accounted for about three-quarters, and there were other problems. After adopting the high quality nursing management method, the incidence of nursing related problems has been significantly reduced, and the satisfaction of patients has been greatly improved. The satisfaction score before improvement is (5.17 ± 1.12) points, and the satisfaction score after improvement is (8.63 ± 1.37) points. Conclusion: through the analysis and research of the problems existing in high quality nursing, and the development of practical and effective management methods, can significantly improve the practical application of basic nursing in high-quality nursing, reduce the occurrence of problems, and effectively improve the satisfaction of patients to nursing.

Methods: 60 cases of elderly bedridden patients in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The patients in the control group were given conventional nursing mode, while the patients in the observation group were given humanistic care. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results: after strengthening humanistic care, the qualified rate and satisfaction of nursing work in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the conventional nursing group. Conclusion: to strengthen the humanistic care of elderly bedridden patients, this measure is worthy of promotion and reference.
