简介：　　【摘 要】目的：探讨和观察电刺激小脑治疗脑供血不足的疗效。方法： 100例脑供血不足患者均接受常规药物综合性治疗，随机分成两组：即观察 A组 50例，对照 B组 50例，两组患者资料经统计学处理差异无统计学意义 (P＞ 0.05)。观察 A组用脑电仿生电刺激仪进行电刺激小脑顶核疗法，治疗 10d后进行疗效观察。结果：观察 A组接受电刺激者疗效优于对照 B组。结论：脑电仿生电刺激仪对脑供血不足治疗有明显促进作用。 　　【关键词】脑供血不足；电刺激；小脑顶核；护理 　 [Abstract] Objective: To investigate and observe the effect of cerebellar electrical stimulation on cerebral blood supply insufficiency. Methods: 100 patients with cerebral blood supply insufficiency were randomly divided into two groups: 50 cases in group A and 50 cases in group B. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P > 0.05). Group A was treated with electrical stimulation of cerebellar fastigial nucleus with EEG bionic electrical stimulator. Results: the curative effect of group A was better than that of group B. Conclusion: EEG bionic electrical stimulator can promote the treatment of cerebral insufficiency.
