Themultipleattributedecisionmakingproblemsarestudied,inwhichtheinformationaboutattributeweightsispartlyknownandtheattributevaluestaketheformofintuitionisticfuzzynumbers.Theoperationallawsofintuitionisticfuzzynumbersareintroduced,andthescorefunctionandaccuracyfunctionarepresentedtocomparetheintuitionisticfuzzynumbers.Theintuitionisticfuzzyorderedweightedaveraging(IFOWA)operatorwhichisanextensionofthewell-knownorderedweightedaveraging(OWA)operatorisinvestigatedtoaggregatetheintuitionisticfuzzyinformation.Inordertodeterminetheweightsofintuitionisticfuzzyorderedweightedaveragingoperator,alineargoalprogrammingprocedureisproposedforlearningtheweightsfromdata.Finally,anexampleisillustratedtoverifytheeffectivenessandpracticabilityofthedevelopedmethod.
