TheTibetanRedCrosshasabranchinTibetandinLhasaCity,whosemembersareopenminded,nonbureaucraticandsincerelydedicatedtotheimprovementofpoorpeople'sstandardoflivingandlifeconditions.So,attheendoftheyear2000,theyacceptedasmallprojectthattheyhavebeenworkingwithandsupportingsincewithsuccess.Thecooperationoflocalauthorities(LhundrupandMedrogongkar)ateverystageandlevelalsocontributedenormouslytotheachievementsoftheproject,ItmustbeunderlinedthatalthoughthesponsorsareEuropeansandthereisoneforeignerworkingwithinPSTTM,theworkandexpertisearesolelybasedonlocalTibetanandChineseknowledge.Thereasonissimple:thereisenoughlocalknowledgeforeverythingneededforthisproject.
