Thetructure,equivalentcircuit,noisesoucesofsiliconphotodiodeareanalyzed.Inordertoimprovethemeasuringlinearity,wemustchoosethesiliconphotodiodewithalargeRd,smallRsandI0andunderanoperationstateofoutputshort-circuit.Wemustlettheoperationamplifierworkinthecurrent-voltagetransferform.Alsoweanalyzedtheeffectsoftheinputnoisevoltage,theinputnoisecurrent,theinputoffsetvoltage,theinputoffsetcurrentoftheoperationamplifierandthenoisesofthesiliconphotodiodeonthecombinedcircuitoftheoperationamplifierwiththesiliconphotodiode.Consideringthesefactors,wecandesignthedetectivecircuitwithhighresponse,sensitivity,stability,linearityandSNR.
