摘要
摘要目的探讨髓内钉与钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端关节外骨折的临床疗效,为以后的临床工作提供依据.方法本次研究的９０例胫骨远端关节外骨折患者均为医院在２０１３年６月到２０１５年６月期间收治,将其分为观察组４５例和对照组４５例,观察组患者采取髓内钉手术治疗,对照组患者采取钢板内固定治疗.比较两组患者的并发症发生率与患者骨折愈合时间.结果观察组并发症发生率为４．４４％,平均骨折愈合时间为(１８．６４±５．６９)周;对照组并发症发生率为１１．１１％,平均骨折愈合时间为(２２．１７±６．４９)周.两组患者并发症发生率以及平均骨折愈合时间的组间比较差异均有统计学意义(均P＜０．０５).结论与钢板内固定疗法相比,髓内钉内固定治疗胫骨远端关节外骨折的临床疗效更佳,并发症较少,且骨折愈合较快,适宜胫骨远端关节外骨折患者应用.关键词髓内钉内固定;钢板内固定;胫骨远端关节外骨折;踝关节功能优良率TheclinicaleffectoftreatingdistaltibialarticularfractureswithintramedullarynailandplatesinternalfixationYuYouAbstractobjectiveTodiscusstheeffectofdistaltibialarticularfractureswithintramedullarynailandplatesinternalfixation．MethodsChoosed９０casesofdistaltibialarticularfracturesfromJun．２０１３toJun．２０１５todivideintostudygroupandcontrolledgroup．Thestudygroupweretreatedwithintramedullarynail,thecontrolledgroupweretreatedwithplatesinternalfixation．Comparedtheincidenceofcomplicationandhealtime．ResultsTheincidenceofcomplicationofstudygroupwas４．４４％,healtimewas(１８．６４±５．６９)weeks,betterthan１１．１１％and(２２．１７±６．４９)weeksofcontrolledgroup(P＜０．０５)．ConclusionTreatingdistaltibialarticularfractureswithintramedullarynailiseffectivewithlesscomplcationtoextendinclinic．Keywordsdistaltibialarticularfractures,intramedullarynail,platesinternalfixation中图分类号R３１８文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－０８９３－０２
