摘要
ThephysicalandchemicalpropertiesandsoundnessofBaosteelPowerPlant’sdrydesulphurizedflyashweresystematicallyinvestigatedandcomparedwiththoseofthesimilarbyproductsproducedbysomeotherdomesticpowerplants.Thefeasibilityofthesebyproductsusedasaconstructionmaterialwasalsoanalyzed.TheresultsshowthatBaosteel’sdrydesulphurizedflyashisakindofashwithhighcalciumandhighsulfurcontents,whichhasthecharacteristicsofvolcanicashactivity.Itcontainssulfateandsulfite,andiseasytocausesulfateactivation.Ithashigheractivitycomparedwithcommonflyash.Buthighercalciumsulfiteandfree-CaOcontentsinashwillbringaboutsoundnessconcernstousers.Therefore,qualitytestsandvolumecontrolwillbenecessarywhenflyashisusedasaconstructionmaterial.
