摘要 Earthquake-relatedelectromagneticobservationaimsatfindingabnormalelectromagneticvariationassociatedwithearthquakepossibly.Theexistingstudieshaveprovedthatthismethodis,toalargeextent,effectiveinshort-termandimpendingearthquakepredication.Thispapersummarizesprogressanddiscussessomerelatedproblemsinthisfield.Somerequirementsforobservationsystemhavebeenproposedtoimprovemonitoringlevel.AsacaseobservationusingthereformedobservationsysteminJinghaiseismologicstation,Tianjin,someresultsaregiven.
