摘要
Dielectricbarrierdischarge(DBD)excitatedbypulsedpowerisapromisingmethodforproducingnonthermalplasmaatatmosphericpressure.DischargecharacteristicinaDBDwithsaltwateraselectrodesbyahome-madeunipolarnanosecond-pulsepowersourceispresentedinthispaper.Thegeneratoriscapableofprovidingrepetitivepulseswiththevoltageupto30kVanddurationof70nsata300Ωresistiveload.Appliedvoltageanddischargecurrentaremeasuredundervariousexperimentalconditions.TheDBDcreatedbetweentwoliquidelectrodesshowsthatthedischargeishomogeneousanddiffuseinthewholedischargeregime.Spectradiagnosisisconductedbyanopticalemissionspectroscopy.Theairplasmahasstrongemissionfromnitrogenspeciesbelow400nm,notablythenitrogensecondpositivesystem.
