  • 简介:  Introduction  Withrapiddevelopmentandadvancementofeconomyandsociety,lotsofcitygroupsorcitybeltswithex-tra-largecitiesastheircentershavebeenformedinChina.Theregionsthesecitygroupslieinusuallyhavewell-developedeconomy,densepopulation,andareregionalpoliticsandculturecenters.Somegroupslieintheregionswithhighlevelofearthquakeactivity,suchastheSurroundingCapitalCityGroupwiththecentersofBei-jingandTianjin.Oncealargeearthquakeoccurs,itsinfluencewillspreadtoveryextensiveregionanditsdisasterwillbetremendoustoo.Soearthquakeresistanceanddisastermitigationofcitygroupwillbeverysignificantissue.Thecitiesinagrouphaveclosedistancewitheachother;theycancarryoutunifiedpreparationfordisasterasonewholeandreducetheheavyloadofsinglecitybeforeanearthquake,andhaveanadvantageofpromptmutual-aidafteranearthquakebecauseofclosedistance.Itisespeciallysignificanttomitigatetheloseoflives.Oneimportantpreconditionisthatallthecitiesinonegroupcannotbeexposedtothesamelevelofdestroyduringoneearth-quake.Sothedivisionofcitygroupintheregionwithdensecitiesdistributionshallbeverysignificanttotheemergentmutual-aidinearlytimeafteralargeearthquake.Forthisgoal,thecharacteristicsandcorrelativityofearthquake′simpactoncitiesinonegroupneedtoclearlybeconsidered.Thecitieswithsimilarfeaturesandstrongcorrelativityofhistoricalearthquakeinfluencehavelargechancetosuffersameleveldestroyduringthefuturestrongearthquakeandaredisadvantagetoprovidemutual-aidandshallnotbedividedintoonegroup.  ……

  • 简介:TheensemblebasedforecastsensitivitytoobservationmethodbyLiuandKalnayisappliedtotheSPEEDY-LETKFsystemtoestimatetheobservationimpactofthreetypesofsimulatedobservations.Theestimationresultsshowthatalltypesofobservationshavepositiveimpactonshort-rangeforecast.ThelargestimpactinNorthernHemisphereisproducedbyrawinsondes,followedbysatelliteretrievedprofilesandclouddriftwinddata,whichinSouthernHemisphereisproducedbysatelliteretrievedprofiles,rawinsondesandclouddriftwinddata.SatelliteretrievedprofilesinfluencemoreontheSouthernHemispherethanontheNorthernHemisphereduetofewobservationsfromrawinsondesintheSouthernHemisphere.Atthelevelof200to300hPa,thelargestimpactisattributedtowindobservationsfromrawinsondesandclouddriftwind.

  • 简介:Background:Outdoorexerciseisanenjoyablewayforindividualstoimprovefitness,butitisdependentonweatherconditions.Thisstudyexaminestheassociationbetweenweatherconditionsandoutdoorexerciseafteradjustmentforage,sex,race,andsocioeconomicstatus.Methods:WeuseddatarepresentativeofAmericanadultsfromtheUniversityofMichigan/ThomsonReutersJune2013surveysofconsumers(coreandsupplement)toinvestigateself-reportedexercisebehaviorinsummerandwinter.Multivariatemultinomiallogisticregressionmodelsestimatedtheoddsofdelayedorindoorexercisecomparedwithoutdoorexercise.Results:Ofthe502respondents,16.3%didnotregularlyexerciseoutdoors(i.e.,atleastonceaweek),andmanywoulddelayexercisebothinsummer(51.8%)andwinter(43.9%).Individualslistingrainasthepredominantadverseweatherconditionhad3.33timeshigheroddsofexercisingindoors(95%confidenceinterval(CI):1.34-8.28)and3.49timeshigheroddsofdelayingexercise(95%CI:1.69-7.21)comparedwiththosementioningheatasthepredominantadversecondition.Individualsforwhomiceorsnowwasanadversewinterweatherconditionweremorelikelytodelayexercise(oddsratio(OR)=3.34;95%CI:1.19-9.36),comparedwiththoseconcernedwithcold.Conclusion:Thisstudyfoundthatrace,age,andeducationexacerbatethenegativeeffectsofadverseweatherconditionsonthedecisiontoexerciseoutdoors.Accordingly,anyrecommendationforanindividualtoexerciseoutdoorsshouldbecombinedwithanevaluationoftheindividual’soutdoorenvironmentalongwithstrategiesfortheindividualtocontinueexercising,indoorsoroutdoors,whenadverseweatherispresent.

  • 简介:Theenterprisecoordinatessocialresources,whichchangesthedialoguebetweenhumanandtheenviron-mentintothatbetweenenterpriseandenvironment.Theprofit-makingcharacterofenterpriseleadstotheabandon-mentofenvironmentalethics.Enterprise,whichhasthecapabilitytosolveenvironmentalproblems,however,lacksthemotivetodoit.Ithascontrollingpoweroversocietyandshouldassumetheresponsibilityofenvironmentalprotection.Foritslackofenvironmentalconscience,theexternalinstitutionalarrangementsshouldbemadeforenterprise.Thestrategyforenvironmentalcostshouldbedesignedinconnectionwiththeinterestorientationofen-terprise.Andvariouslegalmeasuresinconstitutionallaw,sociallaw,civillaw,administrativelawandcriminallawshouldbeutilizedtoregulateenterprise'sbehaviorsregardingenvironmentalprotection.

  • 简介:Theplasmageneratedinthelow-altitudeatmosphereisofhighcollisionfrequencies.Inthispaper,thetransmissioncoefficientsofmillimeter(MM)wavesnormallyincidentupontheplasmawithhighcollisionfrequenciesarecalculatedandanalyzed.Theexperimentalresultsofreflectionandattenuationarepresentedfortheeight-millimeterwavespropagatingthroughtheplasma.BoththecalculatedexperimentalresultsindicatethattheMM-wavesconcernedareattenuatedsignificantlyandreflectedweakly,whenpropagatingthroughtheplasmaofhighcollisionfrequencies.
