简介：摘要：随着时代的发展，电梯也进入了不断大修改造，其中在大修改造过程中往往都会对电梯的轿厢进行装潢装修，例如铺装大理石、铺装镜面玻璃、轿厢壁装木饰板、装个吊顶大灯，往往这些装潢装修多数使用单位盲目进行，从而轿厢质量增加和平衡系数变小 ，这会严重影响电梯的安全运行，可能引发溜车事故。为了解决平衡系数变小的问题，有些电梯的从业人员会在对重一侧增加相应的对重块。本文针对这类问题，从平衡系数和零部件两个方面分析轿厢和对重质量增加对电梯安全的影响，指出这个方法虽然增加对重块可以让平衡系数和曳引条件满足，但其实对电梯的零部件诸如钢丝绳、安全钳、缓冲器、曳引机这类等都会有影响，并提出了一些建议以供参考。
