简介：ThehybridsensitizerrhodamineBandcoumarinoreosinandcoumarinisusedtosensitizenanocrystallineporousfilms.Absorptionofthenanocrystallinephotovoltaiccell(NPC)isimprovedinvisiblelight.TheperformanceofthesecellsismoreeffectivethanthatofcellssensitizedonlybysensitizerrhodamineBoreosin.Inthesimulativesolarlight,cellsensitizedbyhybridsensitizerrhodamineBandcoumarincangetopencircuitvoltage(VOC)of550mVandshortcircuitcurrent(ISC)of0.1375mA/cm2.

Research of measurement errors caused by salt solution temperature drift in surface plasmon resonance sensors

简介：Photoconductivesemiconductorswitches(PCSSs)arewidelyusedinhighpowerultra-widebandsourceapplicationsandprecisesynchronizationcontrolduetotheirhighpowerlow-jitterhigh-repetition-frequency.Inthisletter,a14-mmgapsemi-insulatingGaAsPCSSbiasedunder20kVistriggeredbya1064-nmlaserwitharepetitionfrequencyof30Hz.Althoughthetriggerconditionisgreaterthanthethresholdofthelock-oneffect,thehighgainmodeisnotobserved.TheresultsindicatethatthehighgainmodeofthePCSSisquenchedbydecreasingtheremnantvoltageofpulsedenergystoragecapacitor.
