简介:WeanalyzedthestatusanddevelopmentoftheweldingconsumablesindustryinChinaduringthe12thFive-YearPlan(2011-2015)period,andidentifiedthemajorproblemsintheindustry.Wepredictedthedevelopmenttrendsthatareexpectedforthe13thFive-YearPlan(2016-2020)period.Wesuggestsomespecificcountermeasuresandpractices,whichtheChineseweldingindustryshouldacceleratethetransformation-upgradingandcoordinateddevelopmentoftheindustryanditsfirms,shouldworkonimprovingtheiroverallqualitytoimprovethebrand'sinfluence,enlargetheirinputintoresearchandtechnologyupgrading,anddevelopalow-carbongreenproductionmodethatcouldbeputinplacetopromotethedevelopmentoftheChineseweldingconsumablesindustry.

简介:AnewtypeofDZ9000EOxygenGaseousHVOFsystem(GHVOF)isdevelopedwhichcanreducethecostofcoatingsandincreasethein-situremovabilitytoadaptvariousworkingconditions.Thewholesystemiseconomical,whichenablesthesystemtomeettherequirementofsprayingmediumorlowcostHighVelocityOxy-Fuel(HVOF)coatingsformediumandsmalljobshops.ThedepositedcermetscoatingsbytheDZ9000EsystemhavegoodperformancewithaveragemicrohardnessHV0.2ofmorethan1000andthebondstrengthbetweencoatingandsubstrateofgreaterthan50MPa.

简介:Fromtheviewpointofweldingmechanics,twonewweldingmethods-weldingwithtrailingpeeningandweldingwithtrailingimpactiverollingwereintroduced.Foraluminumalloythin-shellstructureswithhighstrength,weldingwillleadtohotcracking,poorjointanddistortion.Inordertosolvethem,trailingimpactivedevicewasusedbehindweldingtorchtoimpactthedifferentpositionsofweldedjoints,thusrealizingtheweldingwithfree-hotcracking,lowdistortionandjointstrengthening.Byuseofimpactiverollingwheelsinsteadofpeeningheads,theoutlookofweldedspecimencanbeimprovedandstressconcentrationatweldtoescanbereduced.Equipmentofthistechnologyissimpleandportable.Itcanusedtoweldsheets,longitudinalandring-likebeamsoftube-likestructures,aswellasthethin-shellstructureswithclosedweldssuchasflangesandhatches.Sothetechnologyhasthewideapplicationforegroundinthefieldsofaviationandaerospace.
