简介：【摘要】计算机课程是一个实践性和能动性比较强的学科，其要有着比较强的创新思维和创新能力，让学生在学习时可以不断进行深层次的思考和探究，将自身学到的知识进行创新，使之社会发展相贴近。因此，论文对我国高等院校计算机教学过程中存在的问题进行分析，并且提出了高等院校计算机教育创新的有效途径，力求进一步提升高等院校计算机课程的教学水平。 【 Abstract】 Computer course is a subject with strong practice and initiative. It should have strong innovative thinking and innovation ability, so that students can continuously think and explore in-depth when they study, innovate their knowledge, and make social development close to each other. 简介：【摘要】随着京津冀协同发展战略的展开，乡镇农村在大城市群的整体升级转型中扮演着日益重要的角色，然而日渐崛起的信息技术、大数据科技不断冲击着乡镇建设的固定模式，集互联网、物联网、大数据技术等多位一体的“智慧城镇”建设走进了城市管理者的视线 [1]。本文立足天津市静海区独流镇的实际情况，对天津市的“京杭码头千年古镇”的智慧古镇建设进程进行调查研究，并借以天津理工大学中环信息学院的“暑期三下乡”活动，对独流镇展开大数据信息科技助力古镇建设的实践服务。
