AccordingtoXinhuaNet,since2010,thesecondrunofYunnanHIV/AIDSPreventionandCareProjecthasreachedthetargetedpeoplewithmassiveworkonAIDSPrevention.Publicitytothefloatingpopulationisveryeffective.ThesecondrunofYunnanAIDSPreventionProjectstartedinMay2010,andthiscyclewilllastfromJune2010toDecember2012in17countiesincludingAnning,Huize,TonghaiandZhenxiong.Itsgoalsaretodiscovereffectivemodestomanagethefinancialcapital,andtoimprovethecapacitybuildingofAIDSpreventionteams,aswellastopromoteandutilizeinternationalanddomesticsophisticatedAIDS
