摘要
Sincethebeginningofthe21stcentury,andinparticularafterthe2008worldfinancialcrisis,relationsbetweenthegreatpowershavebeenundergoingaprofoundtransformation,andinternationalpatternshavechangedsignificantly.AlthoughnotasdramaticandunexpectedasthedisintegrationoftheformerSovietUnionandtheendoftheColdWar,thisdirefinancialcrisisforebodesanirreversibletrendofmultipolarizationintheworld,andexertsadeepinfluenceonworldpatterns.Thestrawinthewindisthechangesinrelationsbetweenthegreatpowers.
