Analysis of shock wave reflection from fixed and moving boundaries using a stabilized particle method

摘要 Inthepresentpaper,theefficiencyofanenhancedformulationofthestabilizedcorrectivesmoothedparticlemethod(CSPM)forsimulationofshockwavepropagationandreflectionfromfixedandmovingsolidboundariesincompressiblefluidsisinvestigated.TheLagrangiannatureanditsaccuracyforimposingtheboundaryconditionsarethetwomainreasonsforadoptionofCSPM.Thegoverningequationsarefurthermodifiedforimpositionofmovingsolidboundaryconditions.Inadditiontothetraditionalartificialviscosity,whichcanremovenumericallyinducedabnormaljumpsinthefleldvalues,avelocityfieldsmoothingtechniqueisintroducedasanefficientmethodforstabilizingthesolution.Themethodhasbeenimplementedforone-andtwo-dimensionalshockwavepropagationandreflectionfromfixedandmovingboundariesandtheresultshavebeencomparedwithotheravailablesolutions.Themethodhasalsobeenadoptedforsimulationofshockwavepropagationandreflectionfrominfiniteandfinitesolidboundaries.
