摘要
WiththeestablishmentoflabormarketofChina,marketisplayingamoreandmoreimportantroleinallocationofhumanresources.However,withthetransitionofeconomyinChinaandindustrialupgradinginrecentyears,manylaborproblemshaveoccurredwhichdoharmtothesustainabledevelopmentoflocaleconomy.ThepaperresearchesonthelabormarketissuesofChinafromtheperspectiveoflocallabormarketregulation.Firstly,itreviewsthetheoriesoflocallabormarketregulation.AndthenthemaincomponentsoflocallabormarketregulationofChinaareidentifiedandtheevaluationindexsystemisestablished.Theresultsofanalysisofthecalculatedoutputshowthat(1)thelocallabormarketregulationofChinahasanobviouscharacterofgradientdistributiongeographicallyanddecreasesgraduallyfromeasttowest;(2)ofalltheregulations,theregulationofthedevelopmentofhumancapitalhasthemostsignificantimpactonlocaleconomycurrentlywhichisfollowedbytheregulationoflaborrelationandtheregulationofmarketparticipation.Astotheregulationofsocialsecurity,ithasnosignificantimpactonthedevelopmentoflocaleconomy.
