Helium production from ^84Kr- and ^197Au-emulsion interactions at high energies

摘要 Thepropertiesoftherelativisticheliumfragmentsproducedininteractionsof84Krat1.8AGeVand197Auat10.7AGeVinemulsionareinvestigated.Theexperimentalresultsarecomparedwiththoseobtainedfromvariousprojectileswithemulsioncollisionsatdifferentenergies.Itisfoundthatthemultiplicitydistributionofheliumprojectilefragments(HPFs)iswelldescribedbytheKoba-Nielsen-Olesen(KNO)scalingpresentation.ThesecondMuellermomentf2oftheHPFmultiplicitydistributionisindependentoftheprojectileenergyforthesameprojectile,butitisdependentontheprojectilemassnumber.Thevalueoff2increaseswiththeincreaseofprojectilemassnumberAp.Thenegativevalueoff2,whenAp<69,meansthattheemissionofHPFsisanticorrelated,butpositivevalueoff2,whenAp>69,referstothattheemissionofHPFsiscorrelated.Thenon-zerof2momentinthisexperimentimpliesthestrongcorrelationexistingbetweentheHPFs.
