摘要
【摘 要】目的：探讨护理干预在前列腺增生症术后尿失禁护理中的应用效果。方法：选取本院 2017年 7月～ 2019年 12月 52例前列腺增生症手术患者为此次的临床研究对象 .将其按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组。对照组给予尿失禁的常规护理，观察组给于功能锻炼。结论：临床中应用护理干预可以降低前列腺增生症患者术后尿失禁的发生，缩短尿失禁持续时间和住院时间，进一步提高患者的临床护理满意度。同时，护理干预的实施，可以有效改善患者的不良情绪，值得临床中应用。

Objective: To explore the application effect of nursing intervention in the nursing of urinary incontinence after prostatectomy. Methods: 52 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia in our hospital from July 2017 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing care of urinary incontinence, while the observation group was given functional exercise. Conclusion: the clinical application of nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of postoperative urinary incontinence in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia, shorten the duration of urinary incontinence and hospitalization time, and further improve the clinical nursing satisfaction of patients. At the same time, the implementation of nursing intervention can effectively improve the bad mood of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
