摘要
【摘 要】目的：探究静脉溶栓联合介入治疗急性脑梗死的临床价值。方法：选择 2017年 6月至 2019年 6月来我院接受疾病治疗的 180例急性脑梗患者为研究对象。将其分为 2组，每组 90例。对照组受试者住院之后，在治疗时间窗内使用静脉溶栓治疗。以此为基础，观察组受试者联合应用介入法治疗疾病，分析结果。结果：和对照组相比，观察组受试者治疗效果明显更好，且干预之后 3个月生活质量分数明显增高， P<0.05。结论：针对于急性脑梗死患者来讲，以静脉溶栓为基础联合应用介入治疗，有助于改善手术者脑神经功能，积极提升闭塞血管再通。安全性强、有效性高。此法值得进一步在临床中推广应用。

Objective: To explore the clinical value of intravenous thrombolysis combined with interventional therapy in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods: 180 patients with acute cerebral infarction who came to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into two groups, 90 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with intravenous thrombolysis within the treatment time window after hospitalization. On this basis, patients in the observation group were treated with interventional therapy, and the results were analyzed. Results: compared with the control group, the treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better, and the quality of life score was significantly increased 3 months after the intervention, P < 0.05. Conclusion: for patients with acute cerebral infarction, intravenous thrombolysis combined with interventional therapy is helpful to improve the cerebral nerve function of the surgeons and actively promote the recanalization of occluded vessels. It is safe and effective. This method is worthy of further clinical application.
