【摘要】目的：研究分析舒适护理在血液透析护理中的应用效果。方法：此次研究的对象是选择我院就诊的 50例血液透析患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并随机等分为观察组和对照组，观察组采用舒适护理，对照组采用常规护理，观察比较两组患者对血液透析护理的满意度、舒适度以及治疗后的并发症情况。结果：相比于对照组来说，观察组患者对血透护理的满意度和舒适度均明显增高，并发症发病率显著降低。结论：通过结果可以看出，舒适护理在很大程度上减少了血透患者的并发症发病率，提高了患者对护理的满意度及舒适度，同时舒适护理对护患关系的提高起到了积极促进作用。

Abstract: Objective: To study and analyze the application effect of comfort nursing in hemodialysis care. Methods: the object of this study is to select 50 cases of hemodialysis patients in our hospital, the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group received comfort nursing care, the control group received routine nursing care, comfort and treatment of complications were compared between the two groups of patients satisfaction, the blood dialysis. Results: compared with the control group, the satisfaction and comfort degree of hemodialysis patients in the observation group were significantly increased, and the incidence of complications decreased significantly. Conclusion: the results show that the comfortable nursing largely reduce the incidence of complications in hemodialysis patients, improve patient satisfaction with care and comfort, and improve the comfortable nursing to nurse patient relationship has played a positive role in promoting.
