摘要
摘要目的观察口腔颌面部囊肿开窗减压术治疗的疗效.方法随机从我院２０１４年１月－２０１５年１月期间接收并行开窗减压术治疗的口腔颌面部囊肿患者３１例,将其作为研究组;选取同期接收并行传统颌骨切除术的另３１口腔颌面部囊肿患者作为对照组,分析两组治疗疗效.结果研究组平均手术时间、术中出血量、平均住院天数、临床总有效率、并发症发生率等,与对照组比较差异显著,存在统计学方面的意义(P＜０．０５);但治疗后,两组复发率比较无明显差异(P＞０．０５).结论口腔颌面部囊肿开窗减压术治疗的疗效较为显著,值得推广.关键词口腔颌面部囊肿;开窗减压术;治疗;疗效Abstractobjectivetoobservethewindowingdecompressiontreatmentthecurativeeffectoforalandmaxillofacialcyst．MethodsrandomfromourhospitalinJanuＧary２０１４－January２０１５receivedduringparallelwindowdecompressionforthetreatmentof３１casesofcystoforalandmaxillofacialregion,asateam;Selectedatthesametimereceivetraditionalparalleljawresectionofanother３１patientswithoralandmaxillofacialcystascontrolgroup,twogroupsofcurativeeffectanalysis．Resultsthegroupaverageoperationtime,intraoperativebloodloss,averagehospitalizationdays,clinicaltotaleffectiverate,incidenceofcomplicationssuchas,significantdifferencecomparedwithcontrols,thereisstatisticalsignificance(P＜０．０５);Aftertreatment,twogroupsofrecurrenceratewasnosignificantdifference(P＞０．０５)．ConclusionoralandmaxilloKfeayciawlocrydsstwindowingdecompressiontreatmentthecurativeeffectissignificant,worthyofpromotion．Cystoforalandmaxillofacialregion;Windowingdecompression;Treatment;Thecurativeeffect中图分类号R７８２文献标识码B文章编号１００１－５３０２(２０１５)０９－０７４８－０２
