摘要
摘要目的探讨动静脉联合治疗急性脑梗的临床效果.方法选取２０１３年５月－２０１４年５月来治疗的７０例急性脑梗患者进行研究,随机分为两组.对照组实施静脉联合溶栓治疗,观察组动静脉联合溶栓治疗,比较两组治疗效果.结果静脉溶栓治疗的对照组患者治疗有效率明显低于观察组,组间差异P＜０．０５,具有统计学意义.结论对急性脑梗患者使用动静脉联合溶栓治疗效果确切,对改善患者预后有重要意义,可推广运用.关键词动静脉联合溶栓;治疗;急性脑梗;临床效果ArteriovenousthrombolysistreatmentofacutecerebralinfarctionAbstractObjectivetostudythearteriovenoustheclinicaleffectofcombinedtreatmentofacutecerebralinfarction．MethodsinMay２０１３－May２０１４totreat７０casesofacutecerebralinfarctionpatients,randomlydividedintotwogroups．Controltheimplementationofjointvenousthrombolysistreatment,observaＧtiongroupjointarteriovenousthrombolysistreatment,comparingtwogroupsoftherapeuticeffect．Resultsintravenousthrombolysistreatmentofthecontrolgrouppatientstreatmenteffectivenesssignificantlylowerthantheobservationgroup,thedifferencebetweengroupP＜０．０５,withstatisticalsignificance．ConcluＧsionforpatientswithacutecerebralinfarctionusingjointarteriovenousthrombolysistherapyeffectisexact,haveimportantsignificanceforimprovingtheprogＧnosisoKfepyawtioerndtss,useofwhichcanbepromoted．arteriovenousthrombolysis;Treatment;Acutecerebralinfarction;Clinicaleffect中图分类号R７４３．３文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１０－０２１９－０１
