Bacterial diversity in the sediments collected from the Shikoku Basin

摘要 Diversityofbacteriawasstudiedindeep-seasedimentsfromtheShikokuBasinintheNorthwestPacificOceanbyPCR,RFLPandsequenceanalysisof16SrDNAandcomparingwithGenbankdatabase.BasedontheRFLPprofilegenerated,77clonesfromthe16SrDNAlibraryweredividedinto27types.Phylogeneticanalysisshowedthatthe27independentclonesfellintofourgroups:Proteobacteria(62.96%),Chloroflexi(14.81%),Planctomycetes(14.81%)andAcidobacteria(7.41%).Amongallsequencedclones,6wererelatedtothesulfurorsulfatemetabolismbacteriaandtheresultsalsodemonstratedthatsomebacteriaindeep-seasedimentshadrelationtomatter-energycirculation.
