摘要
摘要目的探讨胸部CT低剂量扫描图像质量与吸收剂量的相关性,为疾病诊断提供优质CT图像提供依据.方法选取我院２０１４年５月－２０１５年３月行CT检查者１００例为研究对象,对所有患者进行常规剂量和低剂量自动曝光控制法胸部CT扫描,比较两种方法CT的图像质量.结果常规剂量组的图像质量与低剂量组组无差异(P＞０．０５).结论通过自动曝光技术进行胸部CT低剂量扫描,可以为检查者在最少受照剂量下,提供优质的CT图像,有效的控制了辐射剂量的吸收.关键词CT低剂量扫描;图像质量;吸收剂量Therelationshipbetweenchestlow－doseCTscanningimagequalityandabsorbeddoseAbstractobjectiveToexploretherelationshipbetweenchestlow－doseCTscanningimagequalityandabsorbeddose,providethebasisfordiseasediagnoＧsiswithhighqualityCTimage．MethodsCollect１００casesofpatientshadreceivedCTscanfromMay２０１４toMarch２０１５astheresearchobject,allpatientsweretreatedbyroutinedoseandlowdoseCTscan,comparedCTimagequality．ResultstherewerenodifferencesbetweenCTimagequalityoftwogroups(P＞０．０５)．ConclusionTolowdosebyautomaticexposurecontroltechnologyinchestCTscan,useleastilluminateddosestoprovidehighqualityofCTimage,effectiveＧlycontKreoyltwhoerdasbsorptionofradiationdose．lowdoseCTscanning;theimagequality;Radiationdose中图分类号R８１６文献标识码A文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－１０７６－０２
