摘要
摘要目的探究急性心肌梗死患者应在急诊中应采取的护理措施及效果.方法选取２０１４年５月－２０１５年１０月收治的６２例急性心肌梗死患者进行护理,随机分组,实验组３４例患者选择综合护理,对照组２８例患者给予常规护理,比较患者间的护理效果.结果实验组护理满意度为９１．１８％,并发症发生率为８．８％;对照组护理满意度为７５．０％,并发症发生率为１７．９％,两组患者的护理满意度和并发症都有较大差异(P＜０．０５).结论急性心肌梗死患者在急诊中接受综合护理,可提高治疗效果,改善预后,促进身体的恢复,可在临床广泛应用.关键词急性心肌梗死;急诊护理;护理效果EmergencycareofpatientswithacutemyocardialinfarctionanalysisAbstractobjectiveToexplorethenursingcareofpatientswithacutemyocardialinfarctionshouldbetakenintheemergencydepartmentandeffect．MethodsAugust２０１４－September２０１５weretreated６２casesofpatientswithacutemyocardialinfarctioncare,randomized,experimentalgroupof３４patientswithcomprehensivecaretoselectthecontrolgroup,２８patientsreceivedconventionalcare,nursingeffectcomparisonbetweenpatients．ResultsTheexperimentalgroupnursingsatisfaction９１．１８％complicationratewas８．８％;controlgroup,７５．０％nursingsatisfaction,complicationratewas１７．９％,twogroupsofpatientcarehavegreatersatisfactionandcomplicationsdifference(P＜０．０５)．ConclusionAcutemyocardialinfarctionpatientsreceivingcomprehensivecareintheemerＧgencyKdeeypawrtormdesnt,youcanimprovethetherapeuticeffect,improvingtheprognosisandpromotingrecoveryofthebody,itcanbewidelyusedinclinicalpractice．acutemyocardialinfarction;acutecare;carebenefits中图分类号R４７文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－０１７９－０１
