摘要
ABSTRACTObjective:ToobservethetherapeuticeffectofacupunctureplusmoxibustionofYongquan(KI1)inimprovingstrokepatients'dyskinesiaandbloodrheology.Methods:78casesofstrokepatientsweretreatedbyacupunctureandmoxibustionofYongquan(KI1),oncedaily,with20daysbeingatherapeuticcourse.Indexesofwholebloodviscosity,plasmaviscosity,plateletaggregationrate,packedcellvolumeandfibrinogenweredetectedbeforeandaftertreatment.ChangesofthefunctionalactivitywereassessedusingBarthelmarkingmethod.Results:After2coursesofacupuncturetreatment,alltheabove-mentionedindexesandfunctionalactivitywereimprovedsignificantly(P<0.05～0.01).Conclusion:AcupunctureandmoxibustionofYongquan(KI1)hasanactiveeffectinimprovingstrokepatients'dyskinesiaandbloodrheology.
