摘要
ChinahasagreatresourceofCannabis.ResearchonthetaxonomyandmorphologyofChineseCannabishasbeencarriedout,butsofarnomoleculargeneticresearchhasbeenpublished.RandomamplifiedpolymorphicDNA(RAPD)isasuitabletechniqueformoleculargeneticresearchonCannabis.Intillsexperiment,usingCannabisherbariumspecimensasasourceofgeneticmaterials,thecorrelativeconditionsofthePolymerasechainreaction(PCR),(i.e.,gradientdensityofMg^2+,dNTPs,TaqDNApolymerase,annealtemperature,annealtimeandreactioncycles)wereexaminedseparately.AneffectiveprocedurefortheRAPDanalysisofCannabiswasobtained.
