摘要
Diabeticgastroparesisoccursinabout30%ofpatientswithtype1diabetes.Delaysinemptyingofsolidfoodsaregenerallybelievedtoresultfromimpairedphasicantralmotoractivityandthismayresultinearlypostprandialfullness,nauseaandvomiting.BothphaseⅢoftheinterdigestivemigratingmotorcomplexandphasicactivitiesofthepostprandialantralmotilityareimpairedindiabeticgastroparesis.Althoughtheseabnormalitiesarebelievedtobearesultofneuropathy,theactualabnormalitiesintheneuralcircuitryresponsibleforgastroparesisremaintobedefined.Neuropathymayaffectvariousneuralpathwaysdifferentially.
