摘要
Nowadays,withthedevelopmentofspinningprocesses,moreandmoresystematicresearchaboutspinningparametershasbeenpublished.Basedontheseresults,aroutingabouthowtoselectspinningparametershasbeengraduallyformed.However,ballspinning,duetoitsownfeaturesplusresearchlack,isstillunclearaboutitsparameterselections.Inaddition,somemanufacture-enterprisesonlynoticetheuseofthistechniquewhereasignorethetheorycreation.Theoptimalparametersabouttheballspinningalthoughhavebeenreleasedfromtheseenterprisesbutinfactnotahelpfultheoryforotherresearchersandproducers.Focusonselectingtheparametersbasedonthetrial-and-error,thisarticlehascarriedaseriesofexperimentstostudytheinfluenceonthespinningworkingcoursefromthoseparameters,especiallythepeelingphenomena,andthetubediameterbulging.Anoptimalgraphoftheworkingangle,theaxialfeedingrate,andtheacceptableworkingcourseisputforward.Additionally,basedonthetheoryoftheminimalreductionrate,theselectionoftheballdiameterisfinallydescribed.Thus,ithasgiventherulestogettheproperparametersinballspinning.
