摘要
ZnTe/ZnTe∶Culayerisusedasacomplexbackcontact.TheparametersofCdTesolarcellswithandwithoutthecomplexbackcontactsarecompared.Theeffectsofun-dopedlayerthickness,dopedconcentrationandpost-depositionannealingtemperatureofthecomplexlayeronsolarcellsperformanceareinvestigated.TheresultsshowthatZnTe/ZnTe∶CulayercanimprovebackcontactsandlargelyincreasetheconversionefficiencyofCdTesolarcells.Un-dopedlayerandpost-depositionannealingofhightemperaturecanincreaseopenvoltage.Usingthecomplexbackcontact,asmallCdTecellwithfillfactorof73.14%andconversionefficiencyof12.93%isobtained.
