摘要
Zr-Incorporatedmesoporoustitaniamaterialswerepreparedvianonsurfactanttemplatedsol-gelprocessofzirconium(IV)butoxide(ZBT)andtitanium(IV)butoxide(TBT)inthepresenceofureamoleculesastemplateorporeformingagent.TheeffcetsoftemplatecontentsontheporeparametersofthematerialssynthesizedwithfixedZrincorporationcontentswereinvestigatedbymitrogenadsorption-desrptionmeasurements,powderX-raydiffraction(XRD)studyandtransmissionelectronmicroscopy(TEM).ThechangesoftemplatecontentsplaysignificantrolesontheporeparametersatlowincorporsationcontentofZr.Theporediametersdisplayaclearincreasetendencywiththeincreaseoftemplatecontents.WhenhighZrincorporationcontentisused,thetemplatecontentshavelesseffectontheporediametersthatalmostkeepunchangedwiththeincreaseoftemplatecontents.AllthematerialspossesstypeIVisothermswithH2hysteresisloopssuggestingtheformationofmesophase.ThematerialswithlowZrincorporationcontenthaveanatasestructures;however,itcannotbefoundinthematerialswithhighZrincorporationcontent.TEMimagesshowthatsomeaccumulatedinter-particulateporesandwelldistributedworm-likeporesarepresentintheZr-incorporatedmaterials.
