摘要
TryptophanresiduesofIgGRFfromrheumatoidarthritispatientweremodifiedwithN-Bromosuccinimide(NBS)andtheproductofmodificationwascharacterizedbyUV-spectrum,FluorescenceemissionspectrumandCD-spectrum.ThecorrespondingadsorptioncapacityofimmobilizedssDNAimmunoadsorbentforIgGRFwasenhancedfrom46%to86%,ThisresultindicatesthetryptophanresidueisessentialfortheinteractionbetweenssDN,AandIgGRF.andionic-bondingplaysanimportantroleinadsorption.
