Storage reliability assessment model based on competition failure of multi-components in missile

摘要 Thedegradationdataofmulti-componentsinmissileisderivedbyperiodicaltesting.Howtousethesedatatoassessthestoragereliability(SR)ofthewholemissileisadifficultproblemincurrentresearch.AnSRassessmentmodelbasedoncompetitionfailureofmulti-componentsinmissileisproposed.Byanalyzingthemissilelifeprofileanditsstoragefailurefeature,thekeycomponentsinmissileareobtainedandthecharacteristicsvoltageisassumedtobeitskeyperformanceparameter.Whenthevoltagetestingdataofkeycomponentsinmissileareavailable,astatespacemodel(SSM)isappliedtoobtainthewholemissiledegradationstate,whichisdefinedasthemissiledegradationdegree(DD).AWienerprocesswiththetime-scalemodel(TSM)isappliedtobuildthedegradationfailuremodelwithindividualvariabilityandnonlinearity.TheWeibulldistributionandproportionalriskmodelareappliedtobuildanoutburstfailuremodelwithperformancedegradationeffect.Furthermore,acompetitionfailuremodelwiththecorrelationbetweendegradationfailureandoutburstfailureisproposed.Anumericalexamplewithasetofmissilesinstorageisanalyzedtodemonstratetheaccuracyandsuperiorityoftheproposedmodel.
