Study on the Mechanism of Zn2SiO4 Formation in S Zorb Sorbents and Its Inhibition Methods-中国期刊网

摘要 SZorbadsorptivedesulfurizationtechnologyisofgreatsignificanceontheproductionofcleangasolineinChina,buttheformationofZn2SiO4duringtheoperationinsorbentswouldbringforthnegativeimpactsonthedesulfurizationperformanceandthestabilityoftheprocessingunit.Byusingthein-situTPO,XRD,andIRtechniquestostudythemechanismofZn2SiO4formationunderoperatingconditions,itwasfoundthatthecoexistenceofacidandhydrothermalconditionscouldacceleratetheformationofZn2SiO4.Moreover,thestudyofZn2SiO4inhibitionmethodindicatedthatthedecreaseofoxygenconcentrationinregenerationgaswouldinhibittherateofZn2SiO4formation,andtheregenerationofZnSwouldtakeplaceinamildregenerationcondition.
