摘要
Computervisionhascomeintousedinthefieldsofweldingprocesscontrolandautomation.Inordertoimproveprecisionandrapidityofweldingimageprocessing,anovelmethodbasedonfractaltheoryhasbeenputforwardinthispaper.Comparedwithtraditionalmethods,theimageispreliminarilyprocessedinthemacroscopicregionsthenthoroughlyanalyzedinthemicroscopicregionsinthenewmethod.Withwhich,animageisdivideduptosomeregionsaccordingtothedifferentfractalcharactersofimageedge,andthefuzzyregionsincludingimageedgesaredetectedout,thenimageedgesareidentifiedwithSobeloperatorandcurvedbyLSM(LeaseSquareMethod).Sincethedatatobeprocessedhavebeendecreasedandthenoiseofimagehasbeenreduced,ithasbeentestifiedthroughexperimentsthatedgesofweldseamorweldpoolcouldberecognizedcorrectlyandquickly.
