摘要 Theexpressionofglucoseregulatedprotein94(GPR94)duringthetreatmentofhumancolorectalcarcinomacelllineCloneAcellswithcodiumbutyratewasstudied.Dodiumbutyrate(SB)cancausefunctionalandmorphologicaleffectsonCloneAcellsincludinggrowtharrestatG0/G1stageandcelldifferentiationasobservedbymorphologicalchanges,MTTandflowcytometryassays,aswellasreducedGrp94geneexpressionasshownbyNorthernblotandWesternblotassays.ThepossiblemechanismofthecorrelationbetweenGrp94geneexpressionandtumorgrowthinhibitionandcelldifferentiationisbrieflydiscussed.
