摘要
Verticallystandinggraphene(VSG)sheetshavebeenfabricatedbyusingplasmaenhancedchemicalvapordeposition(PECVD)method.ThelateralsizeofVSGnanosheetscouldbewellcontrolledbyvaryingthesubstratetemperature.Thehighertemperatureusuallygivesrisetoasmallersheetsize.ThewettabilityofVSGfilmswastunedbetweenhydrophobicityandhydrophilicitybymeansofoxygenandhydrogenplasmatreatment.ThesupercapacitorelectrodemadeofVSGsheetsexhibitedanidealdouble-layer-capacitorfeatureandthespecificcapacitancereachedavalueupto9.62F·m-2.
