摘要
该文在认真分析昕水河流域自然、生态和社会经济状况的基础上,论述了生态经济型防护林体系建设的必要性和可行性;应用多目标规划和ES技术,对流域内三个不同类型的区域进行了优化规划模型的设计,并预测其发展趋势,寻求合理的土地利用结构和林种结构,以期在生态经济型防护林体系建设调控中提高各类用地的经济效益,促进整个昕水河流域生态经济系统向良性循环的机制发展.
