摘要
Thispaperpresentsawaytomeasurethetruetemperatureoftheelectronicdeviceswithoutdisturbingtheirnormaloperatingconditions,whichinvolvedwithestimatingtargetemissivity,backgroundtemperaturecorrectlyandchoosinginfraredtransparentmaterialanditstransmissionestimation.Thetemperaturedistributionsofthemainboardinpersonalcomputerweremeasuredbythemethodpresentedherewithinfraredthermographyinseveraldifferentrunningconditions.Themeasurementerrorsandtheirpossibleremediesarealsodiscussed.
