摘要
Anewα-fetoprotein-MIP(AFP-MIP)immunosensorbasedonglasscarbonelectrode(GCE)modifiedwithpolythionine(PTh)andgoldnanoparticles(AuNPs)wassuccessfullyfabricatedforsensitivedetectionofα-fetoprotein(AFP).Throughcontrollingelectropolymerization,A“polydopamine(PDA)-AFP”complexwasachievedapplyingAFPastemplateanddopamine(DA)asimprintedmonomers.Afterelution,thespecificcavitiescanadsorbthetargetmolecules.Usingdifferentialpulsevoltammetry(DPV)detection,thepeakcurrentdecreasedwiththeincreaseinconcentrationofAFP,andthelinearresponserangeoftheAFP-MIPimmunosensorwasfrom0.001ng/mLto800ng/mLwiththedetectionlimitaslowas0.8138pg/mL.TheMIPimmunosensorcouldbecomeanewpromisingmethodforthedetectionofAFP.Furthermore,thisMIPsensorwasdemonstratedintestingAFPinhumanserumsampleswithsatisfactoryresults.
