摘要
Aimingattheproblemthatthereisn'tanystandardizedcalibrationmethodfortheperformanceindexofsurfaceplasmonresonance(SPR)sensor,thecalibrationmethodforkeyperformanceindicesofSPRsensorissummarizedandproposedbasedonthecomparisonofrelativemethodsanddefinitionofeachindex.Experimentaldataofsucrosesolutionswithvariousconcentrationsareobtainedbytheself-buildingSPRinstrument,andthenthecalibrationmethodisusedtodeterminetheperformanceindices,suchasnoise,drift,sensitivity,resolution,linearity,dynamicrangeandreproducibility.Experimentalresultsshowthatthedefinitionofindicesisreasonable,andthecalibrationmethodiscorrect,whichhasgreatsignificanceforperformanceevaluationofSPRsensor.
