摘要
Eitherfromtheperspectiveofthefinitesupplycapacityofglobalresourcesandenergy,orfromtheperspectiveofglobalenvironmentrestrictiveconditions,developingcountriescannotrepeattheolddevelopmentroadofdevelopedcountries,eitherinviewoftheinternationalpressureChinaiscurrentlyfacing,orinviewofChina'sownresourcesendowmentandstagesofdevelopment,wemustactivelyfacesuchachallengeofclimatechange.Wemustrecognizethattheissueofclimatechangemaybeagreatrestrainttothepresentandfutureeco-socialdevelopment,andmayalsobeanimportantdrivingforceandnewopportunitytopushforwardthetransformationofdevelopmentpattern,totakeanewroadofindustrializationandtorealizesustainabledevelopment.Thisdemandsus,ontheonehand,totaketheScientificOutlookofDevelopmentastheguidetomakeeffortstocontroltheemissionofgreenhousegasesandcontinuouslyincreasethecapabilityofadaptingtoclimaticchange,andsetuptheoverallplantorespondtoclimatechangeofourcountry,andontheotherhand,weshouldunswervinglytaketheroadofsustainabledevelopment,saveenergy,optimizeenergystructureandstrengthenbiologicalprotectioninslowingandadaptingtoclimatechange.
