摘要
Developinglow-carboneconomyandenhancingcarbonproductivityarebasicapproachestocoordinatingeconomicdevelopmentandprotectingglobalenvironment,whicharealsothemajorwaystoaddressclimatechangeundertheframeworkofsustainabledevelopment.Inthispaper,theauthorsanalyzetheannualrateofcarbonproductivitygrowth,thedifferencesofcarbonproductivityofdifferentcountries,andthefactorsforenhancingcarbonproductivity.Consequently,theauthorsclarifytheirviewpointthattheannualrateofcarbonproductivitygrowthcanbeusedtoweightheeffortsthatacountrytakestoaddressclimatechange,andproposepoliciesandsuggestionsonpromotingcarbonproduction.
